1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the order has been placed.
2. Defective Items
We will accept returns or provide replacements only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
- Printing quality issues
3. Return Process
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the defect
- Provide your order number
- Describe the issue in detail
4. Shipping Returns
For approved returns:
- Package must be returned in original condition
- Include all original packaging materials
- Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be refunded
- Shipping costs may be refunded for defective items
