Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-4 business days after processing.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

3. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our shipping carrier's website.

5. Shipping Issues

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve any issues.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.
